Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Meta Ads BI ("the Service"), operated by EDGE FIVE FINTECH LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Meta Ads BI is a read-only business-intelligence tool that helps authorized advertisers, agencies, and in-house marketing teams aggregate the performance of the Meta ad accounts they administer. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account you represent that:
You are authorized to use the Service on behalf of the organization you sign up under.
You have the right to grant our app access to any Meta Business Manager or ad account you connect.
The information you provide at signup is accurate and current.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for:
- The security of your password.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Notifying us immediately at support@edgefivefintechlimited.com of any unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of compromise, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
Use the Service to access ad accounts you are not authorized to manage.
Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or any security mechanism.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the Service for competing purposes.
Use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights, including Meta's Platform Terms.
Send unsolicited communications, spam, or malware via any feature of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend access for any violation, with or without notice.
5. Meta integration
Connecting a Meta account is voluntary and requires your explicit authorization through Meta Login for Business. We use the granted permissions only as described in our Privacy Policy and our Meta App Review submission. You may disconnect at any time via the Connections page.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with Meta's own Platform Terms (https://developers.facebook.com/terms/).
6. Data ownership
You retain ownership of all data you create in the Service and all data we fetch from Meta on your behalf. We claim no rights in your data beyond what is necessary to operate the Service. You can export your data at any time and delete it at any time.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or temporary suspensions. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.
8. Fees
Free / internal: The Service is provided free of charge for internal use. We may introduce paid plans in the future with at least 30 days' notice; existing free use will be honored on grandfathered terms where reasonable.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Defects will be corrected
The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
The data we fetch from Meta will be accurate, complete, or reflect Meta's own reporting in real time
Reliance on Service output is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EDGE FIVE FINTECH LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EDGE FIVE FINTECH LIMITED, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by clicking Delete my data in Settings or emailing support@edgefivefintechlimited.com.
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or if your continued use poses a risk to the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (Sections 9, 10, 11, 14) survive.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email and via an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Cyprus.
